  • Telephone number;

  • Company or organization name;

  • Business location;

We collect some of this information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.

Information we do not currently collect through the Site

Because the Site does not currently accept online orders or payments, we do not intentionally collect payment-card information, billing information, shipping information, or online order details through the Site at this time. This Privacy Policy will be updated if those features are added.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to contact forms and business inquiries;

  • Communicate with prospective customers, suppliers, brands, and other business contacts;

  • Evaluate potential products, suppliers, distribution opportunities, and business relationships;

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

  • Understand Site traffic and how visitors use the Site;

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;

  • Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests; and

  • Carry out other purposes disclosed to you when the information is collected or with your consent.

Submitting a contact form does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing communications. If we add a newsletter or other marketing program, we will provide appropriate notice and choices.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site and our service providers, including Shopify, use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze performance, maintain security, and, where enabled, personalize services or advertising.

You may control certain cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie or privacy controls made available on the Site. Disabling cookies may affect how some Site features function.

4. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence

The Site is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit and interact with the Site. Shopify may process information on our behalf to provide hosting, security, analytics, and other services.

Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled for the Site. As a result, Shopify may use information from your interactions with the Site, with other Shopify merchants, and with Shopify to provide enhanced services. These services may help Shopify and merchants provide more personalized experiences, understand visitor interactions, improve services, prevent fraud, and deliver or measure more relevant advertising.

Information may be disclosed to Shopify and other service providers or third parties, which may operate in countries other than where you live, for these purposes. Depending on applicable law, certain disclosures or uses for advertising may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising," even when personal information is not exchanged for money.

For more information about Shopify's processing practices, review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. You may also use the Shopify Privacy Portal to manage certain information and advertising choices directly with Shopify.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Shopify: To host and operate the Site and provide related platform and enhanced services;

  • Service providers: Companies that provide website hosting, security, analytics, communications, technical support, or other services on our behalf;

  • Advertising and analytics partners: Where enabled, to understand Site use, measure communications or advertising, and provide more relevant content or advertising;

  • Professional advisers: Such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, or consultants when reasonably necessary;

  • Government authorities or other parties: When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud; and

  • Business transaction participants: In connection with a potential or completed reorganization, financing, sale, transfer, or other change involving all or part of the business.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures involving advertising or analytics may be defined as a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information;

  • Provide access to or a copy of your personal information;

  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Delete personal information;

  • Provide certain information in a portable format; or

  • Stop certain sales, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising uses.

To submit a request concerning information controlled by Health Route Supply, email info@healthroutesupply.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may require verification of the agent's authority.

To opt out of activity that may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable U.S. state law, use the Your Privacy Choices link available in the Site footer. You may also manage certain Shopify-specific choices through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

If we deny a request and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@healthroutesupply.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, the Site recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser and device sending the signal.

Some browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Site does not otherwise respond to those signals unless required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, operate and secure the Site, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and why it was collected.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us at info@healthroutesupply.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

11. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, Site features, service providers, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
